1. All items offered in Moraj online store are new, free from physical and legal defects and have been legally launched to the Polish market. Prices inlude
   tax and all other fees.

4. Orders will be completed once the Seller receives payment confirmation. Unless, the "cash on delivery" payment method was selected. Order will be canceled   
    automatically, if the Seller will not receive payment confirmation within 5 calendar days, unless, the "cash on delivery" payment method was selected.
5. Buyer is immediately informed, if ordered items are not available. Buyer can then decide on the partly completion, modification or cancellation of the order.
    Payment for the missing items will be returned to the Buyer within 7 days.
6. Notification on completion of the order will be sent via email to the email address given during registration.


1. Order processing whitin Poland takes up to 48 hours (working days). Ordered item are delivered via Polish Postal Service, GSL Courier Company
   or through Parcel Locker Service. Shipping cost within Poland
regardless of the order amount and payment method is as follows:

- 7 pln - Registered Economic Parcel - via Polish Postal Service

2. Orders delivered to countires in Europe (excluding Poland) will be delivered within 5 working days, shipping cost 25 PL (weight up to 10kgs).
3. Eventual items exchange cost is covered by the Seller (within Poland).
4. Free shipping within Poland for orders above 50 PLN
5. If the Buyer will notice any flaws or signs of damage on the parcel on collection, we request to fill in a damage survey in courier's presence and inform
   the Seller.
6. Re-shipping done due to items exchange or complaints is covered by the Seller.

1. Within 21 days from the delivery date the customer is entitled to return goods without giving reasons within the withdrawal, according to general principles
    arising from the provisions on distance contracts, making a statement to the vendor (return form) in writing. Returns should be sent to D&M Sp. z o.o.

2. In the case of recognize withdrawal from the distance contract, the contract is considered void. Mutual consideration return takes place immediately, no later
    then within 14 working days. Returned items are to stay without changes.
3. In order to simplify the procedures, we request to send the return form (download form 125KB) along with returned items to: D&M Sp. z o.o.

4. Items should be returned with its complete contents along with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
5. Packaging and return shipping fee is covered by the Buyer.
6. Items exchange cost is covered by the Seller (within Poland).

1. Seller will examine the case within 14 days of receipt of goods. If the compaint cannot be considered within 14 days, Seller will inform the Buyer when
    it will be cosidered.

    with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).


1. Content of the regulations is binding upon the parties in accordance with the wording, at the time of the order.
2. In matters not covered by above Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code are applied.
